How Our Property Management Services Work

When you are looking for help managing your properties, it helps to have a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional on your side. Some of the services we offer as part of our Raleigh property management packages include:

  • Rental contract compliance – When your tenants need to discuss your rental contracts, we handle the communication. We have lease agreements we can offer on your behalf and strive to ensure your tenants adhere to the rules outlined in those agreements.
  • Maintenance agreements – One of the biggest things a property manager has to tackle is the maintenance of the property. We address all maintenance requests your tenants have, partnering with trusted vendors to get the problem fixed quickly. We make no profit off of vendor charges but simply strive to make sure that your properties remain well maintained.
  • Accounting services – Keeping your books in line takes a tremendous amount of stress off your shoulders. We also can handle paying some of your bills, such as bills for maintenance and repair. Any accounting or bookkeeping concerns are brought to your attention in a timely manner.
  • Collecting rent – We can collect rent on your behalf, ensuring that it’s turned in on time every month. If there is a problem, we will handle the eviction process on your behalf.

Community Info

raleigh1In December 1770, Joel Lane successfully petitioned the North Carolina General Assembly to create a new county, resulting in the formation of Wake County. The county was formed from portions of Cumberland, Orange, and Johnston counties. The county gets its name from Margaret Wake Tryon, the wife of Gov. William Tryon. The first county seat was Bloomsbury. Raleigh was chosen as the site of a new state capital in 1788. It was officially established in 1792 as both the new county seat and the new state capital. The city was named in 1792 for Sir Walter Raleigh, sponsor of the colony of Roanoke. The “Lost Colony” is commemorated at the Fort Raleigh National Historic Site on Roanoke Island, North Carolina.
The city’s location was chosen, in part, for being within 11 miles of Isaac Hunter’s Tavern, a popular tavern frequented by the state legislators. No known city or town existed previously on the chosen city site. Raleigh is one of the few cities in the United States that was planned and built specifically to serve as a state capital. Its original boundaries were formed downtown by North, East, West, and South streets. It was planned to be laid out in an axial fashion, with four public squares and one central square.
