GREAT COMPANY!!! Block helped me find a home to rent in Willow Springs. I worked with Tricia (Dickens) and was very pleased. They have great homes..and their website is updated constantly. We stayed in the home for 2.5 years. The whole process was very easy. I would recommend using Block if you are a tenant looking for a home, and if you are a landlord, they do a great job! My Parents still use them for their two investment homes!

I do not know how I stumbled onto the web site…but I am so happy I did. The rental properties are huge and beautiful…I was immediately contacted by Jeff (Stoker) as soon as I asked for a showing of two rental properties. The very next day, I met him at one of the rentals. He was very professional and incredibly friendly. I immediately developed a rapport with this kind agent. My husband and I are relocating from the Midwest to the Raleigh area on May 1st for my business. If it weren’t for Phil Wicker’s knowledge of the area and attention to detail, I feel certain we would be lost and still searching.
Unlike a few other rental agents, Phil showed us homes that fit our needs without wasting our time. The Triangle is a complicated area for those who have never lived there, and Phil made it quite easy for us to understand the area.
The other agents were not nearly as attentive, or were pushy and very terse/quick, or just didn’t get what we wanted in a rental home. Most of the time we were working at a real distance from the Midwest. Phil is kind, very patient, follows through and helped us throughout the entire process. After three months searching online with Phil and then a one week visit to Raleigh, we had decided upon a very suitable home.
Extreme kudos to Phil Wicker with Block and Associates. I would highly, highly recommend Phil for relocating professionals (or anyone, really!) who needs help finding a rental home in and around the Raleigh area.
