have lived in Cary since 1993. After receiving my degree in Business
Management from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, I

Jay has worked in Residential Real Estate since 2001 and has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the Raleigh area. Prior to that time, he worked thirty-four years for the IBM Corp., with assignments in different locations, including seven years in the Asia Pacific Region. Jay has extensive staff and management experience gained through working with all levels of management and executives in many countries. He has conducted Management and Executive Seminars in twenty-four countries as a part of his IBM responsibilities.
