When I have a question or need a repair, I have always received an immediate response which I appreciate so much, and they use quality contractors to do the work. I have worked with a few ladies there, but Lori Nance is an angel. I feel like she really cares about making my living experience a worry-free experience. Love ‘em.

As a tenant with Block & Associates renting for 2 years, I loved my tenure with them. Always friendly and professional. Very family oriented real estate company. I transitioned from NY to NC and with their help my move was painless. The homes I viewed prior to selecting the one I lived in the entire 2 yrs were all very high end homes; well maintained and presented as if no one had ever lived in them. If there were any down falls to this company I would have to say I wish I could have stayed with them longer. My profession would not allow that and at all cost if I was to ever live in Cary NC or surrounding areas again, I would surely pick Block & Associates Realty of Cary to assist me and my family with finding a nice, safe, and secure home to live in. I entrusted Block & Associates with managing my rental home while my wife and I were overseas for work. I had mostly positive dealings throughout the 5 year period.
The fees were very reasonable and they were always quick to find a new renter when the time came. Their marketing fee was slightly higher than their competitors but the customer service made up the difference. The staff was very professional and took care of any issues that arose promptly. They were very receptive to respond to any questions or concerns that I had along the way.
If there was ever a problem with any of my tenants I never had to worry. Block & Associates handled everything for me.
I would recommend Block & Associates to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and friendly management company to look after their rental home. If my career ever moves us away again, I would not think twice before giving them a call!
