If your problem is not urgent, please expect a response within the next business day.
If your problem is urgent, please call 919-459-6300 and ask to speak to a Property Manager. After hours, follow the prompts to page our emergency service. Calls are returned between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM.

Urgent issues include, but are not limited to:

  • No heat when the outside temp is below 55F
  • No air conditioning when the outside temp is above 85F
  • Uncontrollable water leak with surrounding damage.
    (please turn the water off at the main valve, usually found in a closet on the first floor).
  • Circumstances preventing the use of water (hot or cold)

If you make your rent payment to Block & Associates, you may use this form to request maintenance. If you make your rent payment to your landlord, you will need to contact your landlord for all maintenance requests.
