Bio
Originally from Georgia, Carole went to college in Salisbury, NC. Falling in love with the state, Carole has made North Carolina her home since 1989. She has two sons, one living in Baltimore and the other is a rising senior at UNC Charlotte. Carole’s previous work experience in child care has led her to be very people and detail oriented.
Carole’s responsibilities
Carole’s primary responsibility is performing move-in and move-out inspections for properties managed by Block. Along with the move -in and move-out inspections, Carole also performs inspections of vacant properties to monitor the conditions of the properties until a new tenant moves into the location. In addition to performing inspections, she also assists our in-house maintenance team complete property maintenance requests.
